Sardona was the third chapter of the Doodah crew’s ongoing project The Valleys of Helvetia. Secluded valleys like Glarus, seemingly unskateable to many, are full of hidden gems to us. While most skateboarders dream of marble curbs and fresh asphalt, we cherish riding spots hidden in nature, far from the urban jungle. The missions are rough, raw, and full of adventures. Getting to the spots often is the first one, cleaning them and making them skateable a hustle, but getting a trick on those crusted spots makes the struggle worthwhile.

The valley of Verzasca is a beautiful biosphere hidden in southern part of Switzerland, embedded in the mountains with tempting pools of luminous green.
Hooked on secluded spots, remote villages and spectacular dams, we packed Chris Rediger, Timmey Krauer and Samuel Aeby together with photographer Filip Zuan and filmmaker Christian Taro in a Rustico at the end of the Valley and let the magic happen.
From befriending goats to how to safely cross a river, no stone was left unturned to find some truly exotic skateboard spots

We teamed up with Filip Zuan, a skateboard photographer from the eastern Swiss Alps and St. Moritz local, to spend a weekend skateboarding extraordinary spots at a higher altitude amidst amazing views. The skateboarding of Christoph Rediger and Alessandro Magnani, captured by Christian Taro within the alpine scenery of one of the most beautiful Swiss valleys is a feast for the eyes and the senses.
The skateboard series ALIVE is a collaboration between Filip Zuan and doodah. The series consists of three boards photographed and designed by Filip, produced in Europe using US hard maple in a limited series of 75 pieces each.
